I'm guessing it does (for the girl) because the dude has to break her hymen first which is a thick wall. I heard it usually bleeds the first time a girl has sex.

Not for the Guy, but it does for the girl. If ur going to do it use protection to prevent STD's and a baby and use lots of lube to ease some of the pain

For girls, from what I hear, yes. That is why it's important to only have sex with someone you care about (as in your husband) because you need someone who will understand and be gentle with you.
