7 year old husky living in Texas. Weather here very hot (100's). Dog "fell out", vomited, wet the floor. Lasted less than min. First time when coming in from the heat to cool house, second time going from house out?

Definitely a seizure and may have nothing to due with the heat but only accelerated or aggravated by the heat. Seek immediate vet help.

I have a dog that has seizures. She is a lab mix. The seizures are very scary to watch. They usually last much longer than what you are describing - at least for my dog. She does not usually vomit or wet during a seizure, though this can happen sometimes. Toward the end of the seizure she has violent jaw contractions that cause a lot of slobber/drool. You never know when you're gonna need a paper towel! She acts confused before and after the seizure. She takes medication 2 times a day to control the seizures. We put little jingle bells on her collar so we can hear her in case of another seizure.
It is possible that your dog could be having a seizure, but I am wondering if this is a heat related problem - especially for a cold-weather loving dog like a Husky. You should continue to observe your dog and if he continues to act sick get him to a vet right away.

nicely, why might you desire to reproduce a canine you have not got any historic previous for? it extremely is irresponsible. She should be fastened on the instant, or as quickly because of the fact the vet deems her the right age... i've got had Huskies and Wolf Hybrids in the previous. She looks like a Hybrid, OR might desire to even have some Shepard in there??? it extremely is tense to declare if she's a Hybrid without observing her tooth. Wolves incisors are bigger and extra curved than a enjoyed ones Husky or Malamute's could be. desire this helps and do all of us a desire, get her a good residing house and fasten HER NOW... =)
