What do you consider fat? Are they just undefined. If so then low weights and high repetition for the upper body will help. For example 5, 10 lbs with 15-20 repetitions. Consult the book store, take a weight training class at school, do web searches, etc. But if you have arm fat then you probably have fat elsewhere. I don't think I have seen anyone with just arm fat and have no fat elsewhere, which means that you are heavier then you should be and you need to control that. The arms accumulate fat because the muscle is different than leg muscles. We use those for everything walking running etc so fat has a harder time to accumulate there. Arms are not used for aerobic exercise but racquet sports, which are mostly an anaerobic exercise can help keep them in shape. Most kids have flabby arms and then never exercise as they get older then when they are an adult their arms get bigger. . If this is case then doing more cardiovascular exercise to increase your metabolism along with some weight training as I mentioned above will help. However, this is not an overnight or 2 month process. This is a long term thing and it is different for each person and how old you are. Good luck!!

You lose arm fat by losing overall bodyfat. Because you can not do "spot reduction" unless you do liposuction. It's a scientific fact. You can work your arms all day long but if you do not eat properly the fat will stay.

Remember too that people are born with a predetermined amount of fat cells. You can not make them disappear, but you can make them shrink through proper nutrition. Don't forget to use resistance training which will give your arms the "toned" look through the increase of muscle size.

So the key is proper nutrition and exercise which will make your arms look more toned. Nutrition being the most important.

Lift weights using small dumbells like 3-5 pounds and your arm fat will start to tone.

Depends where the fat is located at. Most women tend to get fat close to the armpit area towards the back of the arm... If that is you problem area work out your triceps.

Also bicep work out will be good too!!!

push ups.

weights - just start with light ones

most effective and easier (but hard to describe): get a chair and sit down in front of it. put your arms behind you so they are on the chair. (so your hands are leaning on the top face of the seat.) Then use your arms to lift the rest of your body up - your elbows should form a right angle. hold that for 2 - 3 seconds. then slowly lower yourself down again. See how many of these you can do, then the next night aim to do one more and so on. Its important to keep the rest of your body as a "dead weight" so that its your arms doing the exercise.

works for me.

good luck. xx

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

It's always a good idea to try "8-Minute Arms" if you have it or lift weights.

upper body work: push ups, bench press with dumbells on the ball, lateral pulls on the machines at the gym, you have to work out your entire arm. no matter what you should eat healthy which means lots of vegetables and protein too.
