nope...if u do and wear contacts that could be from many things..you could have something in your eye, a speck of dust or dirt...ur contact may be dirty, or just may have a film over it (eye buggers) if you had them in to long...if they are NEW to you and you haven't gotten used to them yet....slept in them....the list is endless as to why someone could have redness showing

mine are worse i'm 19 and suitable is -8 left is -8.5 certainly do exactly no longer placed on contacts that usually because contacts are the rationalization why your innovative and prescient is getting worse...esp whilst your interpreting or on the computing gadget take em out! And for glasses get intense index lenses and placed on them 3 days out of a week and it will help your eye sight.

If excessive, the oxygen supply to your eyes could be hampered. Make sure you oxydate your lense and keep them as clean as possible. Try not to wear them unless absolutely necessary, and do the eye exercises, including blinking and making rapid movements. Normal exercises for a healthy body also helps blood flow to your eyes.

Yes, but not more than I did before I started wearing contacts. If you are seeing more than you used to, you're eyes are probably having a mild allergic reaction or are getting too dry.
