i need to get toned arms and im mostly worried about tricepts what do u reccomend.what else should i do to work on getting my arms more tone.

Skull crushers. Lay on your back on the bench. Grab the "curl stuff" exactly like you were going to try and do a typical bench press. Keeping your arms shoulder width. Now, keeping your shoulders and your arms still as possible. Bend your arms at the joint and lower the weights towards your head, only moving the portion of your arm from your elbow to your hands and then push them back up to the starting position. You can do this with a bar, or one arm at a time with dumbells.

Get a chair or something sturdy. If using a chair, put the palms of your hands on the edge of the seat / your fingers probably will want to grip the front edge. Then with your legs out in front of you and resting on the floor. You'll want to lift yourself up and down with just the back of your arms. Your back will be moving just in front of the front of the chair. Becareful to not let your shoulders get involved. You want to concetrate on your triceps.

Push ups. Place your hands really close together under your chest and do a push up, just concentrating on your triceps. Your arms from your hands to the elbow should remain still as possible.

Choose which two of these methods seems to work your triceps the most and you need to do no more than 2 exercises / 3 sets each. You want to workout to where your tricep muscles almost reach total failure.

Oh, another alternate, just do a typical bench press, but with your hands touching in the middle of the bar. Bring it straight down and push straight up.

Well.. put one your knees as well as a hand on the bench, so that you are facing the floor sort of.

Then hold the weight with your other arm close to the side of your chest os that your arm in bent and extended you arm out towards the back and somewhat up...

Do push ups with your elbows out to the side and fingertips touching. Not as easy as it first sounds.

they work wonders.try rydding a bike and swimming....total body workouts.and move furniture and some gardening.
