well that should tell u something about ur relationship if he doesnt even have an excuse not to attend he should at least do it for u since ur his girlfriend, he should at least show that he cares enuff about u to come to da dance concert , in my opinion he is being quite self center , tell him to put himself in ur shoes and ask how he'd feel then

You can't really do anything. It's like him going to watch a football game. He should support you and he should of went. Just tell him it means a lot for him to be there. You would really appreciate it if he came to your next one. Explain to him that you would come to help support him in whatever he chose to do. I think he just did not understand how much it meant to you. Tell him, don't be rude or yell just talk nicely. You can get a lot out of a person if you just talk to them.
