My neighbors called the police, AGAIN, and they will be here shortly. Some background info, uhm my neighbor was outside smoking and I jumped out of my apartment screaming and karate chopped his ciggarette out of his mouth, oh yeah I almost forgot I was naked too.

Next time when the neighbor is out smoking, dump water on them to extinguish the "fire". When they call the cops, you can tell the police you saw smoke and thought there was a fire. They can not do anything.

Learn to mind your own business and be a neighbor instead of a nuisance. Why are you so concerned about someone smoking outside anyway? Have fun in jail.
