Okay I have this very friendly female dog (2 years old on 1/9/07). She is mixed with boxer, hound, and I think Begel. She is very good around the house but loves the outdoors and sprinklers!!! The problem is I live in a small home and have a baby on the way. I hate to have to get rid of her :( but it's just too much to have her around. My wife picked her up at someones house and she is not fixed and needs her shots.
She is white with brown spots and has two sores on her head from about 6 months ago when she was attacked by some bees :( .
I will drive her where you live and if you want some pics just e-mail me at pizzace@yahoo.com

Thank you for your interest ------ Eugene.
P.S. I will drive her about 200 miles from Clermont FL

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!! ok well you dont no what freaky ppl are on yahoo so i suggest you post an add on www.puppyfind.com or put an add in the newspaper and you can charge money! If you want whats best for your dog, i suggest you do that. There are many places on the internet where you can post an add and talk to the people and get to know them before you give your dog away. There are many sites like www.puppyfind.com, your local newspaper, www.terrificpets.com, www.puppyfinder.com, www.dogbreedinfo.com, and a bunch more. DONT put her in a pound though or else its very likely she will get euthanized.

I would try to get her fixed and get her her shots before you give her away, so that you can be sure someone will not breed her and that she will stay healthy. I don't see what's wrong with driving to the home of who wants to take her, then you can see what type of environment she will be living in, and meet the people who will be taking her. I do agree, though, that a breed rescue or humane animal shelter could be another alternative.

Wish I could take her for you but I have a new baby also and a big dog too. If I hear of anyone in my part of FL(Port Richey) I will let you know. My girlfriends parents are friends with the people who run the humane Society over here also...maybe they know someone who may be interested.

Instead of driving 200 miles to give this poor dog away, why not give her to a pet adoption facility that does not kill animals? She would go to a foster home until she is healthy enough to be adopted, plus she would be given her shots and spayed. To give her away without even her rabies shot is to invite trouble. No offense but it is strange to me that you would drive her to "where you live".

I live in Orlando, and would love to have her, but I'm afraid that my kids would terrorize her, and my husband would shoot - me, then the dog.

Have you tried turning her in at the local Humane society? She's young and sounds healthy - they should be able to find her a good home.

Very sorry - wish I could take her.

placed your canines in rescue. The no-kill shelters filled up today once they opened and considering so few human beings undertake pets from shelters, vacancies are few and intensely seldom ensue. each day human beings take their pets to no-kill shelters yet they don't have any room to soak up any better pets. So, primary, the pets that individuals took to the no-kill shelters are taken by technique of truck to kill shelters, the position they're killed. provide your canines a actual probability at an effective existence and a destiny, placed them in rescue.
