If you want to build muscle in your legs and butt, you need to go much heavier on your poundage, (use heavy dumbells in your hands if you do not have a squat rack) and much lower on your repetitions.
Try.
40 reps, 3-4 sets, every 2 days, for 3 weeks.
20 reps, 5-6 sets, every 4 days, for 3 weeks.
30 reps, 4-5 sets, every 3 days, for 3 weeks.
10 reps, 6-7 sets, every 5 days, for 3 weeks.
Then repeat this sequence.
You can go much lower in your reps, if you want bigger muscles.
Also try, bent legged deadlifts, stiff legged deadlifs and lunges, these are all good butt and leg builders. Good Luck.

appears like you're a equipped football participant! I play football, i'm about a similar stats as you. i for my section am a shielding participant, i like middle Linebacker, what may be extra proper than tackling on each play? yet when your no longer into that, you've a lot of concepts! in case you're tremendous at truly quick bursts of p.c. and may attempt this a lot in a row, Slot Receiver, or interior Receiver is continuously an fantastic thanks to bypass, yet you ought to have hand to seize quick balls from about 10-15 yards faraway from the quarterback. blockading on the line may be thrilling and boring, yet even as your activity is a 2-way. Being a respectable end can be a thrilling position. some performs you'll block and some performs you'll run short routes for a bypass. tremendous if you favor breaks in certain situations. you could be a operating again, yet your college probably already has a committed and nicely time-honored again, so your probabilities of taking section in a lot is low. yet Fullback is an fantastic position to play, you're pretty a lot continuously the lead blocker for the RB and infrequently get the ball on triple determination performs(probably gonna be around the purpose line! AKA= landing) and evidently if you purchased a tremendous arm, you could be a Quarterback, yet that is probably with the operating again, no longer a lot taking section in time. you ought to continuously be a Lineman, its no longer as undesirable because it style of feels. If it weren't for those adult adult males, there does no longer be wins! I changed into hoping this helped you go with a position, i'd say once you've a tremendous kind of patience and function some fingers, bypass with the Slot Receiver because its truly f un to seize in video games and make TDs! :)

you wont see results like that.

get some weights and do squats like weightlifters do. ...start out with like 50lbs. you dont need a machine or anything.. just throw the bar over your neck when you start and lift it off when youre done.

do them until you cant do them anymore (should be about 15 times).

and it takes a LOT longer than a week. think 6 months to a year. and thats only if you eat properly. you should probably up your protien to 1 gram for every pound of body weight. which means lots of chicken, eggs, and lean meats.

If you hold regular hand weights, one in each hand, that will provide some extra resistance. Maybe 10 pounds or whatever feels right.

You could also try varying the squats. Do one legged squats, wide based, or squats with a small base of support.

Good luck!

don't work out everyday - you will hit a plateu very soon and will not see results. Try skipping a day, and eat protein!
Also, modify your workout every week or two.
