Either she thinks you are cute, knows someone who has a crush on you, there was something stuck in your teeth or to your shoe or something, or she just happened to be looking in your general direction. It could be anything. Did you make eye contact? Did she smile when you did? Was she looking whenever she thought you weren't looking? If yes, then maybe she thinks your cute or something.

She could have a lazy eye that makes her look like she is looking at things, but is not. She may also have a crazy, eye looking mind and is always looking off into 'space'.
Or she could like you....or at least think your hat/hair or such is funny.

ummmm, i think of that hands without hair seems alien and unusual. maximum adult men i understand dont like it the two. individually, i dont shave my hands only because of the fact i dont genuinely could desire to. useful, i shave my legs and pits because of the fact its gross without that. in spite of the shown fact that it is definetly no longer neccesary to shave hands. its plenty extra desirable whilst its a touch extra organic.
