First I have to ask- how old are you? You really shouldn't be on this site unless you are 13+...
Next, has your mom or dad talked to you about how babies are made? Seems this part of your "education" has been grossly neglected....
No, two girls, by themselves, can't create a pregnancy. Also, two men, by themselves, can't create a pregnancy. The only way to make a baby, start a pregnancy is when there is 1 man and 1 woman.
In special cases of infertility (when a couple can't become pregnant), a doctor's help is needed to bring the man's contribution (sperm) into contact with the woman's contribution (egg) to make a baby, but you still need some of both- at least 1 egg and at least 1 sperm.

Actually - this depends on how you define two women. If gender is defined by chromosomes - it is possible, not likely but possible for a man to have the chromosomes of a woman and father a child with a woman - it's rather interesting reading about of the differences that can occur.
Also - it should be noted that at least one animal group has done away completely with males and in which case two females do in fact have off spring - genetically odd, I do have to admit.

nope. it takes a male and a female to make a baby it is physically impossible for two women or two men to have a baby

NO totaly inmpossable thay do not have the sperm to make the baby thay both have the eggs so

Nope they have a life free of that worry....unless they want one, and they have to either find a donor, or one of them will have to get pregnant the old-fashioned way ( and I don't know many lesbians who are delighted with that prospect..LOL)

You need to speak to your parents, a counselor or a doctor because just by asking that I can tell you are very confused about how these things work and if you are that confused, you should hear it from one of them.

I DON'T THINK SO THE ONLY WAY THAT THE WOMEN CAN HAVE A BABY I S GOING TO A SPERM BANK OR ASKING A MEN OR BOYFRIEND TO GET THE WOMEN PREGNANT THAT IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN THINK SHE COULD GET PREGNANT

Yes, they can. Two girls can have "sex" and then they can go the fertility clinic and get turkey basted. VIOLA -- two girls having sex AND one of them is pregnant. There's nothing money can't buy. Always remember that!

nope, but it is possible to take one female's egg and implant the DNA from another female's egg and it will become a zygote...but it has only been done with mice
