I doubt it, he was crucified naked. Also the bible never records Jesus as having stood out from amongst the populous, which probably implies he grew normally. Developing blemishes, asymmetry, etc.
The average length is appx. 1/12 the height of a man. (example 6 ft = 6 in). So if he was average, or shorter since he was humbled as a man, he was probably 5.5 in or less.
