treat her nicely. flirt with her, but dont be clingy. Involve her in some of your daily activities. Dont dress weird. Do youre hair in spike. guys dressing weird like wearing sweatshirts and jeans and converse all the time every day just turns a girl off. get some sk8r shoes like etnies, sneaux, element, etc. no converse vans or anything freaky. wear hollister shorts, tan preferrably. basic colored shirts (white black etc). spiky hair-do. wear beanies. stuff like that turns a girl on.

show her genuine interest not desperate interest.
don't be a needy guy, be a more alpha male.
buying her things in the beginning will either make you look like a chump, make her feel like she 'owes' something. either way it's bad.
being too nice to her, and she'll stick you in the 'friends category'. you gotta be somewhat of a challenge to her.
and don't count on her making moves...most girls are too chicken to do so.
but the best thing to do, is work on yourself and learn to be a great conversationalist.

no dont be friends first, if you two get to be really good friends then she'll just wanna be friends with you, and there will be no chance of a relationship. trust me.

if she is the kind of girl that wants to know tell her that you like her but if she isnt then just give her gifts and different things!!!!!
