Honey just because you have his baby, don't mean you have to withstand abuse or negect from him in any way. He has a child and he needs to financially care for it. You should leave him alone and understand his role as father. Tell him you want to giv ehim a month to get a job and then you'll take him to family court. Other than that, there are plenty of other fish in the sea, don't lower your worth with such a immature guy.
