Love notes, placed in different spots, like the bathroom mirror, her car and mayber her lunch. That way it let's her know you are thinking about her. Flowers are always nice, have them delivered to where ever she is that day, work, school, a friends house. Have a homemade romantic dinner awaiting for her with candles, champaign and romantic music. A gift could be a poem, jewelry, a new outfit, a gift certificate or you naked with a bow wraped around you. Use your imagination.

some roses delivered to her and probably a day at the spa usually sold in packages I got one for $200 for 1 hour full body massage 1 hour pedicure and manicure 1 hour facial and style and cut my hair it was the best gift

flowers man. but not just one. go to a high end grocery store and get like 6 roses. pink red and white are a greeat combination. then top it off with a box of plain and simple chocolates.
