It's part of Mendelssohn's wedding march. It's the recessional song of choice for a lot, and it comes from "A Midsummer's Night Dream".
Wegner's wedding march is played for the processional (Duh, da da daaaaaaa ... duh, DA da da .. you know, that one :) )
