I'm a guy who just moved to Texas, and I previously lived in Japan (on a base, of course). I keep seeing these fine chicks all around and I act like an idiot. (especially around this one particular) Can someone help me? By the way, I'm 12 here.

Well if it makes you feel any better, most people act like idiots around those of the opposite sex (guys do this especially). Next time you're around a girl you like, don't focus on the fact you like or think she's cute or whatever, just talk to her. Be yourself, start a conversation, and see where it goes. Girls like guys who are confident (but not arrogant).

Just be yourself. This is the best thing you can do. You do not want to change who you are to please anyone else. If a girl likes you, she will like you for the real you. Right now, you just moved, so you have to observe your surroundings until you get accustomed to them. I am sure after this, you will be fine and you will know how to carry yourself once you get completely familiar with your new surroundings!

okay, when u see a girl take a deep breath and imagine that she gets just as flabbergasted as u do, tell your self that eventhough she is fine, u are fine too, and just be cool, but friendly. If u pay her a compliment, and then excuse yourself and go do something else, you will leave her wanting more of u. try it!
