My company has visitors coming in from overseas, their plane lands at 9.30am. Roughly how long does it take to get out of the airport after customs and baggage etc? I know that when you are flying locally it takes about 45 minutes.

My wife and kids and I came in From Japan to O'hare airport in Chicago and it took us 45 minutes from the time we left the airplane to the time we picked up our bags. It would of been 15 minutes quicker. But we had Items to declare. When we came back from Australia to Chicago it took 35 minutes from time we left the plain to customs and luggage. big factor is the luggage if it comes right of or if there is a delay.

I can vary greatly, depending on the airport and time of day, but my guess is they come through the doors 45 mintes to an hour after landing.

When they return, they should arrive at the airport 1.5 to 2.0 hours before departure.

It all depends on how busy it is at the time. I would figure on 60-90 minutes for customs, and baggage claim, but could be shorter. As far as when they leave, the airlines recommend arriving two hours before departure time.

It all depends where they are flying in from and where they land. Different airports are harder to get out off. I would recomend calling the airport and getting additional information. If i had to guess though give at the longest a 2hour time window so you wont be late for the rest of your schedule.

It take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour, it depends on how many people are on your flight and how fast they get everyone through customs

as long as it takes...

now if none of them have food or drugs on them they should not be too long....

when preparing to leave it is wise to ask the airline how much time you need before the flight leaves..
