If we see another Christian who is behaving in an un-Christlike manner even to the point of angering others purposely and posting hurtful, hateful things meant only to insult and inflame, aren't we told to correct them in love? Or should we let them continue to give all of us a bad name without attempting to teach them better?

I do not think anything requires such violence.

As tempting as stoning might seem, for those of you who call for it, Where would we find one without sin to cast the first? We would be standing around for eternity.

Well, the first thing I would do is start praying about it and reading up on this in the word of God. Sometimes when I have questions, I check out websites of men I believe to be true men of God like Billy Graham, Joel Osteen, TD Jakes and get some leader advice. But I do know that in the Bible, God tells us that we are to approach our brother/sister if we have a problem and speak to him gently and with love about being a part of God's family. Soooo that's what I would do. Hope it helps. God bless and good grace!

All I have to say Christians arent perfect. thats why god died on the cross for us. he didnt make us perfect. if we were all perfect we would all be boring and there would be no excitment in the world. When a christian doesn something wrong or out of place doesnt mean they are a bad christian. just means they have never been tought better or someone to tell them whats they are doing right and help them fix the problem but not fixing the person.

Yes,we are to correct but only with those who have witnessed the same also. We must have a pure genuine motive to correct or rebuke anyone not just Christians. We must all live by example which is Christ-like.

Absolutely we should correct each other, but one on one if possible. This can be a very touchy issue with people so be gentle and ask God to help you bring up the issue with sensitivity and grace.

Judgment is mine, saith the Lord. Keeep your cotton-picking "Christian" "loving" corrections focused on the mote in your own eye.

"Christians we not called to correct each other in love?"
Then with love I correct your inability to construct an English sentence.
