how do i get salt water out of my hair?

This is such a "common sense" question that it does not even deserve an answer.

That's easy, you can wash it.

Step Number 1: Wet hair with water for about three minutes
Step Number 2: Squeeze shampoo on hand. Use a lot.
Step Number 3: Lather in hair for a minute.
Step Number 4: Wash hair out thoroughly.
Step Number 5: Repeat steps 1-4
Step Number 6: Squeeze conditioner into hand.
Step Number 7: Lather in hair.
Step Number 8: Wait four to five minutes.
Step Number 9: After waiting, rinse hair thoroughly.
Step Number 10: When done with shower, hairdry your hair.
Step Number 11: Do this every night until the salt water is out.

Well wash it a good three or four times trust me I go to South Padre Island every year for spring break. My shower is usually only 30 minutes but when I go to the beach it takes an hour.

Use a clarifying shampoo. Wash with it twice in the shower. Then use a good leave in conditioner. Do not over wash your hair though.
