Fresh this Summer...

well take always a big bottle of water with you, I don't know where you live, but here in The Valley (AZ) We need to be careful, many people die here every year because the heat during the Summer time is every day between 114 to 120 grades between Noon and 6:00 PM.

People recommend here:
drink a lots of water
use a sun block (highest protection would be better)
stay in doors between Noon until 5:00 PM
Use the air conditioner
If you need to go out side, bring Water and you can use an umbrella to protect your skin from the sun light.

In my opinion the best thing you can do is to use sun block and keep your body hydrated. So drink a lots of water.

I've always heard take a bucket of ice and put it in front of a fan, but when I tried it it didn't seem to work. Sitting in front of just a fan by itself is always fun and you can spend hours making funny voices in it or sticking cards in it. Just don't put your fingers in. Other ideas: Spend as much time as possible in a pool. Take cool showers in the afternoons. When you take a normal shower, finish it off with a cool blast. Let your hair air dry, if it's not humid where you are, the wet hair will feel good until it dries. Stick an ice pack under your pillow case so your face is cool when you sleep. Keep your blinds closed to keep out the hot sun rays.

Keep windows shaded during sunlight and use fluorescent bulbs. Use air conditioner with low setting and use fans to circulate cool air. Wear cotton clothes and drink plenty of cool water. After the sun goes down, it is quite pleasant outdoors. A towel dipped in ice water on the back of the neck feels heavenly. A big had or umbrella helps if you have to walk outdoors.
