I don't mean to be offensive, I just embrace what is true, can someone help me obtain the truth?

No. No matter what your sin, belief in Christ will get you into heaven.

If a homosexual has accepted Christ and by that become saved, then they can go to heaven too. There WILL be homosexuals in heaven. For those homo-phobic Christians, it may be a scary day.

In all seriousness, I don't know how some of the people on earth make it thru a single day!

With all of the problems that we have on this planet... Bible thumpers everywhere want to spend their time crucifying homosexuals!

If just half the effort was put into helping people rather than fighting over if gays are bad.... We just might get something done around here!

To answer you question... Your not gonna get a factual answer for this question here... Nobody knows! You might get some quotes form the bible, but come on!!! Your most brilliant theologians will tell you that most is lost in translation.... And now we have the armpit of society trying to tell us what is true and what is not.... I choose to use my mind, I hope you do too!

If you are Christian (or another religion that frowns upon homosexuality and believes in a place of eternal suffering), then you would probably see gay people as the next residents in Hell.

Being an Atheist, I think that homosexuals are no different from anyone else. It wasn't their choice to be gay, just like you can't choose if you're born black or white or yellow or purple, and thus they deserve the same rights as everyone else. I do not believe in the concept of Hell, and thus no one is going there, gay or not.

I think it's important to remember or know that homosexuality is a sin as any other sin. For instance, murder, sex before marriage, idolatry, stealing. It's all the same in God's eyes. Here's the difference between someone who will go to hell and one who will live eternally with the father. The one who will go to hell has not accepted Jesus into their life as lord and savior. It's that simple! Yes, one may struggle with sin, but as long as they have a desire to change and are allowing Christ to work in them they will go to heaven. If you deny the teaching of the Lord, like what is sinful and what is not, then you don't know him! Hope this helps! Feel free to email if you'd like. :)

Practicing Homosexuals are living outside of Gods will. It is still a sin, but the price of that sin has been paid by Jesus. So you will not receive death simply for the sin of practicing homsexual acts.

All Homosexuals who have not accepted Gods free gift of salvation are going to hell, along with all others who have not accepted this free gift.

The key here is not that you feel that you are attracted to your same sex, its if you have acted upon that desire.

God tells us to put nothing above or before him. When we give into our sin nature, we are putting that sin above and before what God wants for us.

Alas, if you are controlled by your desires, and not by God, there is a real place called Hell, and unbelievers will be in it.

You cannot just say you believe, you must know you believe, and live the belief. There is no room for unrepented sin in Gods will.
There is no room for other idols or Gods. Once you truely believe, it will not generally make the lust and desire for the same sex disappear, but you will gain control of the desire, so that you will not act out on it.

SO, homosexuality as defined right now, a homosexual could very well go to heaven, but if you are 'saved' and still continue to deny that your practice of homosexuality is a sin, then honestly you are not truely saved, because God has not been put first in your life.

I know this seems a bit complitcated and I wish I could have just written that God knows your heart and where you place him on your list of priorities. If you tell God he can have all of you except your sexual desire for the same sex, it is the same as denying him. If I tell God he can have everything except my vengeful feelings toward someone who hurt me , I am not submitting fully to him, and thus not accepting of Him, same as denial.

Will those feelings pop up now and again, Yes, but I have to control them and not act upon them, that is the true test of a Christian.

Only people who keep asking such stupid questions
and morons who don't mean to be offensive and
embrace the truth - what truth are you talking about?
God created mankind in his image - all mankind!
So, did he make a mistake in the gender creation?
And if he did, and he is God, why has he not corrected
his mistake?

Only the ones who don't accept Jesus as their Savior. But that inclues all of us... homos, murderes, liars, everyone! We are all destined to hell until we come to know Jesus personally.

By the way .... Just a thought... in all seriousness, will all pediphiles go to hell? It's just a sexual preference right? NO! It's a sin just like homosexuality... and murder... and lying... and stealing... and disobeying your parents. If a pediphile (or any of us "good" people) confesses his sin before God, and sincerely seeks Jesus, his heart will be transformed and he will no longer be destined for hell.

It is a serious thing and Yes they will. Everyone must repent of sin and that is a sin, or they will not go to heaven. I do answer you seriously you can be delivered from this sin, just like any other sin.

This is for the one that said the Bible had been translated so many times that it was not right.

I embrace my homosexuality because it is true and I don't believe in moral or intellectual dishonesty... also it's one of the happiest things in my life... I love my partner and I would never betray him for any written work of fiction.
