God gave us free will. What would it hurt if you asked Jesus Christ into your heart, and repent of your sins? Your life will change, but the devil will try and win you back. The thing is, once your name is in the Lambs book of Life, your in!!!! I still have my struggles, my valleys and peaks. God always pulls me thru the hard times!! If you chose not too, that is your free will, given to you by GOD!!

Hmmm… Tough question to answer in 100 words or less.

I was raised in a conservative Christian home. I was active in a campus ministry during college. I was an interim Pastor of a church for nearly a year while I was finishing up an M.Div. All that time I never felt love from the divine.

In seminary I was doing a research paper on the Neo-Pagan religions. I got to know several Pagans and I was invited to observe one of their Sabbaths. As I sat there watching their ritual I was suddenly overcome by this strong sense of love. It felt like waves of love and it totally floored me.

When I went back to the Christian world it felt lifeless, empty and hollow. After a number of months I turned to Paganism. Over the many years of being a practicing Pagan I have repeatedly encountered a loving and accepting Goddess.

I have no desire to exchange a loving relationship with the divine for a law and theology based religion. Now don’t get me wrong, I know Christianity serves many people very well and I have no beef with it. It just doesn’t work for me.

Well, first, I don't believe in heaven, hell or the devil. I don't believe that Jesus of Nazareth was the child of a deity. I don't believe in a belief system that threatens punishment for a possible reward.

I was born into a family that practiced christianity so I've done my time in church and Sunday school until I said enough is enough I don't believe this. I never did believe it. Seeing as I don't believe in the dogma the christian religion is based around there is no reason for me to be a christian.

I have no problems with anyone else who chooses christianity. It is personal choice.

i think that each body who do no longer settle for Jesus as Lord will bypass to Hell. both the Jews and the Gentiles for it is only as interior the days of Noah, Noah and his kinfolk went aboard the Ark as G-d prompt them, and were spared. G-d continuously makes a thanks to flee his wrath. keep in recommendations interior the Passover the sprinkling of blood on the doorposts changed into required to be kept. If any of the Hebrews had no longer done that they could actual have died alongside the Egyptians, notwithstanding the Jews are the selected people and that is through them that the Messiah got here into the international. My prayer is that each body Israel may be kept, notwithstanding i comprehend that there is no salvation outdoors Messiach both for the Jew or the Goyim. after all even as the Temple changed into destroyed by using the Infidels in 70 CE the opportunity of figuring out the Messiah changed into misplaced for the Geneaological information were destroyed. it is not G-d's will that any might want to perish yet that each body might want to inherit eternal existence. I don't believe in God, Heaven, Hell, or any of it, although I still consider myself a good person, and spiritual in my own crazy way.
I guess the reason I don't believe is because I see all the pain and suffering in the world, and the darkness of the human spirit. If God created us in his own image, people shouldn't feel the desire to kill, torture, maim, etc. in his name, even though he gave us the gift of free will.
I'm sure that the devout believers have their own explanations for the state of the world. However, to me it truly seems more likely, given humanity's instinctive savagery, that man has descended from beasts than created by divinity.

I can manage well enough on my own, or with the aid of family and friends.

I do not need an invisible friend to help me through life.

Why are you so stupid?

Good for you! I am glad that you believe in 'god', even though, you never see him and there is no evidence there is a 'god'.

Have fun with that.
