I asked if Diet Soda is bad for you and most answers were yes, but it's ok to drink it? Lol.

Try cutting up watermelon in bite size pieces & keep in an open container in refrigerator for an easy watery snack.

Try freezing green or red grapes for an easy refreshing snack that has a little liquid. These two snacks will help add to your fluids & satisfy your flavor cravings.

They have some flavored waters that are pretty good now, but anything is okay as long as it's LOW in calories. That's the benefit from drinking water, it isn't chock full of sugar like any non-diet soda has.

Crystal Lite, usually found next to the kool aid. 0 calories & 0 sugar, it comes in powdered form. The hospitals even use it for diabetic patients. You can drink water on ice with a squeeze of fresh lemon, lime or orange juice, very refreshing if you get tired of plain water.

Crystal light is good. And when you get the urge to drink soda but know you can't, a good substitute is Diet Rite...no caffeine, no calories, no sugar, and no sodium!

There are many diet drinks out there with splenda try any of them. Alot of them are in the to-go packets and they taste good lots of flavors..

Ice Tea, Lemonade - things that have flavor but are still made with water are good because they still count as a percentage of your water intake.

well, my brother's friend who is a girl has a mom who created this product called water sensations. They come in different flavors like grape, orange, lemon, mixed fruit, etc and the have no calories, carbs, or fat and it's clear colored so ppl don't kno you're drinking something different from water. You should find out about it. idk if they have it where u live but u should look anyway.
