I've had a long day at work. I'm a male nurse. I have just completed a 13 & 1/2 hour shift in hospital.....Although, I am tired, I am 'wound up' & am having a lager or two to wind down, then it's off to bed. By the way, I live in Swansea, South Wales UK & it's now 12 midnight.
