A lot is based on your confidence level as well as your complexion and where you work. Cliarol hair color has a web site where you can get free advise on which colors and how not to do things in a drastic way as to loose your hair. If you are using weave or track hair, have fun.

Depends on your skin color. If youre the color of your avatar, then Id go with black with like a kinda light brown streak to it. Something realistic...Pretty much anything looks good as long as its realistic, I mean your not gonna see a black girl with blonde hair and red streaks right?...you know what I mean? So pretty much anything as long as it isnt too far fetched and can be passed as natural.

It depends. On what colours you like, your natural colour, etc. But I suggest you experiment. Below is a 'safe' way to test hair colour, that doesn't involve you wasting your money on a hair colour you'll hate.
Take a picture of yourself (or whoever is getting their hair dyed) and put in Photoshop. Put a layer on top of the picture and put a translucent colour over the hair (you may want to colour the hair white first). Then you can arrange the colours however you want, save it, and compare them when you're done.

Light Brown and Dark Brown are really hot if you have black hair with them highlights you will be them bomb.

lightbrown and blonde definately. They are only a shade or two apart so they blend well.
