Yes life is full of crap but it is also full of flowers...happy moments, beautiful music, good tasting food, family, friends, funny movies and books. Life may be full of crap but there are still good things out there and I personally choose to live in denial of the crappy things...especially those I have no control of...and focus instead on the beautiful things and the things that I can help with....like helping out at the food bank, planting trees and growing my garden, and making friends. But please don't think my life is all flowers because just like everyone on earth it too has its fair and sometimes beyond fair share of crap...like right now I am $645,780 in debt...medical debt to be exact...that I can do nothing about right at this exact moment in time except pay what I can when I can....that is actually the least of my worries. So when life seems bad, horrible, miserable...focus on the positive, the good, the beautiful.

I guess it depends on how you view things. Life is precious to me because I have a great family and four kids that mean everything to me. There are always negative things in the world, but you cant let it consume you or it will worry you and add to feelings of hopelessness.I'm not gonna preach to you at all, but for me prayer is a wonderful blessing. I only expect perfection from things I can control....which means I dont expect perfection besides from myself. Good luck with your life and I sincerely hope you find a different outlook, because there is one waiting if you look.

not at all...why can't we actually RAISE OURSELVES to the expectations that are placed before us? I think that life CAN be full of crap...but I think that our life is reflective of the decisions that we make, and the consequences that we must live through as a result of the decisions we'd made prior to...
in order to live and ENJOY life...recognize EARLY in life that you are accountable for your actions and responsible for the rights that you have.
poverty and riches are temporal aspects in this life that will not carry into the next...so understand, that while money is important, it is not the MOST important thing in life.
violence is inevitable, simply people choose differently and they WILL be held accountable by their supreme being if they are not held accountable here on earth...
again, I think that if people are able to make better decisions, they will find themselves much happier in the end..

This really is not what God intended for us. I found this article very encouraging. I hope you will too.
