On workout days hardgainers have to consume at less 3500-5000 calories. Do you have to eat that much on off days too?

Yes, On a Rest day your also Burning Calories. But it depends on if your ectomorphic,metomorphic, or endomorphic. You definately need to load more if you fall under the ectomorphic category i maintained around 4000+ even on my off days to get me up to meto and adjust my intake down a bit. I hate the eating part every 2 hours so i just blend my food too lazy to chew and just limit my self to a 45 min work out regime all out hard core low rest 30 sec and get back home eat and sleep lol.

My fiance and his brother are both Marines and their calorie intakes are INSANE. they're both particularly outfitted adult males, and they bypass to the health club each day. they purely burn up each and everything they devour, and they in many circumstances do not devour undesirable crap. distinctive energy, distinctive protein, purely no longer distinctive processed stuff.
