I visit Normandy a fair amount. I have some photos of headstones from the American cemetery of members of the 101st Airborne Division killed on D-Day. Where should I send them? There may be relatives who have not had a chance to visit.

I visited the beaches in Normandy in 1985... had the special book that gave the daily route of the war and spent 3 weeks walking in Normandy and looking at the places where battles happened and visited the cemetaries... it was a touching experience.

I wish I had the opportunity you have... it would be a really wonderful public service to create a web site showing the graves and I can't imagine you couldn't get some help with paying for the site from donations.

It seems like the 101st was based at Ft. Campbell, KY but I may be wrong.

You should send them to a newspaper like the New York Times so people think about the fact all wars are basically the same.
