Smoking is worst. There is little agreement on any evidence of smoking benefiting the body and lots of agreement on the harm.

There is general agreement on the benefits of drinking moderate amounts of alcohol.

Smoking has more toxins than Alcohol that can do more damage to your body. Now don't get me wrong drinking is bad for you too in excess.

Depends. You can kill yourself with one very heavy bout of drinking & you cant do that with cigarettes to my knowledge. But I think moderate drinking is less unhealthy than moderate smoking.

Both! Drinking, not only causes irate behavior but it also causes damage to your liver. Smoking, not only causes loss of breathe, lung cancer, it also causes other cancers to develop. My best advice is to workout if you are depressed or worried.
