Homosexuality is an abomination to God. But he doesn't hate the person. He hates the sin. It's Adam and Eve. Not Adam and Steve. There are so many problems with gay sex that I can't even type them all out. Gay sex can even cause serious medical problems. There is a reason why it's against God. He's just not being "unfair"... If you really want to know... why don't you just read the Bible... it really does have answers to these sort of questions.

As far as going to hell... Well.. that's really up to God. But to deliberately sin... I would think so. To know what you are doing is against God and to still do it shows a total lack of respect for him... so... I would think that they would.
All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. But to live a life of sin and expect to be ok... ? Doesn't make much sense does it?

People who live for their bodies pleasure are looked down on and hated by people historically. There are two references in the Old Testament against practices that some gay people do, and one in the New Testament. Jesus once made a comment about some people were not made to be married which may apply to Gays, but it was not an against statement. However, any sexual activity outside of a committed relationship is extremly sinful according to both the Old and New testaments. A few things I have been able to learn is that God hates people who are self absorbed, or just love their spouces, so we should make love apply to other behaviors beyond the bedroom. Such applies if you want to make the world a better place for others, which is a more hated position than being Gay.

Someone should inform JBW & CWW that heterosexual sex can cause serious medical problems and sometimes death so I wouldn't even go there if I were you, plus there's all the full range of diseases and the unwanted pregnancy factor added to it to be aware of and during the unclean period of a woman's month it's an abomination etc... there are far more injunctions against heterosexual sex than there are against homosexual sex in the bible it's like 36 to 5 or pretty close, so God doesn't care too much about people being gay at all, or expressing physical love for each other...you ain't going to hell anyway that's for sure but neither is anyone else! (LOL)

I personally don't believe that it is. I'm tired of people that tell others to just read the bible, and that God says its wrong. Nobody knows the word of God with 100 percent accuracy so people need to stop using that as an excuse for everything. If two good people are in love and are good to each other why not be together. the whole sexual thing is what usually gets to people but what business is it of theirs anyway, weather people are gay or not its nobodies business. So people out there that use the bible as an excuse use this advice, God also said you should never judge others.

Not true. God does not hate them. God loves them so much that He sent His only begotten son to the earth to die for all sin. Homosexuality is a choice that God is not pleased with (God has emotions of love, hate, anger, sadness, and etc. Read the Bible). Because it is sin and sin hurts the people that He loves. However, sin cannot enter heaven. We have all sinned and that is why we all need to repent (turn away from sin) and accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior so that our sin is forgiven because He was nailed to the cross and died in our place. With out making the choice of Jesus one makes the choice of going to Hell. It is our choice.

The answer for this is in the Bible not from any person's feelings or what the people on this post think. I believe that this is summed up best by what Handsome Dude has said because this is what God tells us in the Bible.

I have a hard time believing that any form of love is a sin. Remember that the bible was written a long time ago and has gone through many revisions in it's time. There are large parts missing and rewritten to fit the belief system of the catholic church. Look into your heart, that's where god resides, and I'll bet your heart will tell you that to condemn a person to hell for his/her sexual preference is ridiculous.

God loves the sinner. hates the sin. In His eyes, bi or gay is an abomination and He condemns the sin. But He sent Jesus to forgive Sin and for people to turn away from their sinful nature.
We are all human, and are imperfect. He is perfect Love.

John 3:16

God loves everybody because He created everybody. But it is true that gay and bi people go to hell if they die while still gay or bi. It is proved by the Bible verse "Thou [a male] shalt not lay with a man as you would a woman."-Leviticus 18:22.
Even though the verse is written as if to a male, it applies to all humans.

That lifestyle is called sodomy in the Bible and God loves the people, but does not like what they are doing. God wants them to stop and come to him for help. He will help deliver you from this sin, just like any other sin. Sodomy is not necessarily singled out any more than any other. There are just a lot more sodomites and the world has tried to make it right and it isn't.
A sodomite, fornicator, Adulterer, liar, all are not going to enter the kingdom of God.

It is all a question of ones beliefs. Me personally i think God loves us all and will forgive us of all our sins whether it is being gay or breaking any of the ten commandments. Be true to yourself and worry less about what others think. Remember the only one who can judge us in the end is God.
