IF YOUR A TERRORIST OF COURSE HEZBOLLAH ARE THE GOOD GUYS. I MEAN JUST BECAUSE WE CROSSED THE BORDER INTO ISRAELI CONTROLLED LAND. AND HAPPEN TO ATTACK,KILL AND CAPTURE A COUPLE OF ISRAELI SOLDIERS. DOES NOT MAKE US BAD PEOPLE. EVEN THOUGH WE LAUNCH A FEW UNGUIDED ROCKETS EVERY NOW AND AGAIN INTO ISRAEL. DONT MAKE US BAD PEOPLE. PEOPLE ARE NOW SEEING US IN A BAD WAY. BECAUSE WE HAVE COME OUT ON THE SIDE OF THE PALESTINIAN CAUSE. IT JUST SO HAPPENS THAT THEY WERE FIGHTING ISRAEL AT THE TIME. FOR A WHILE THERE WE WERE DOING OK. WE HAVE OUR OWN PEOPLE IN THE LEBANESE GOVERNMENT,WE GET SUPPORT AND AID FROM SYRIA. MONEY FROM IRAN. WE EVEN HAVE CONTROL OF CITIES ON THE BORDER OF ISRAEL. AND THEN IT ALL GOES HAY WIRE. THANKS TO THOSE DAMN ISRAELI'S BLASTING AWAY AT THOSE POOR DEFENSELESS PALESTINIANS. AND ALL BECAUSE OF ONE LONE ISRAELI SOLDIER THAT THE HEROIC HAMAS, BROTHERS IN ARMS, HAD CAPTURED, SO JUST TO MAKE IT LOOK BETTER WE DECIDED TO CAPTURE A COUPLE FOR OUR SELVES. ISRAEL THINKS IT WILL STOP US OR WHITTLE US DOWN TO A VERY LOW THREAT. MEANWHILE WE STILL HAVE PLENTY OF CIVILIAN BUILDINGS STILL STANDING WHERE WE CAN HIDE OUR WEAPONS. FROM THE ATTACKING ISRAELI'S..I MEAN WHATS A FEW LEBANESE CIVILIAN DEATHS TO US. AS LONG AS WE CAN SAVE OUR WEAPONS..TO ALL TERRORISTS HEZBOLLAH ARE HERO'S.

u people don't understand hezbullah' An organisation with more health and humancarecare valentiers then the soldiers. What it was made for was to rescue the ones needing help and to protect the country and someother muslim nations it just fights bcoz it has the right to u people are provided with the wrong information. U most certainly would acknowldge that hezbullah is a small helplesss organisation which wants to help the poor ones if had the full knowledge and u would know that Israel is the terrorist if u knew the stories that more then seven times hezbullah ambulances were destroyes by israeli forces when they were carrying the poor patients or the poor injured one in emergencies and that's nothing there are to amny facts not known by u.
Although u know that until now Israel has destroyd atleast seven times of labanon then the lebanon had bamaged israel but u it is the style of u'r thinking that every muslim organisation weatheer protecting it self or what but if with guns is terrorist but Hizbullah is not terrorist and israel is does Hizbullah not prevent it that the citizens must not be injured it does but the target of israeli's are the citizens.
Has israel not killed hundreds of innocent lives for the two soldiers but still u think Israel is right it's u who think they are the terrorist and they won't be the terrorist if even the majority thinks that the facts does not change because of the believes of people they remain the same!

It doesn't really matter what most of Yahooland thinks. The reality of events in the Middle East will always be the same.

Within the Middle East, Hezbollah, like Hamas do actually command a lot of support from the local population.

The problem is that Israel has suppressed the native Palestinian population, stolen land from its neighbors and been condemned more times in the UN than even the likes of Iraq under the military rule of Saddam Hussein.

The USA will always blindly support Israel, whilst most Arab nations will support either Hamas or Hezzbollah.

Until both sides admit to their faults the prospect of Middle Eastern peace is remote.

i am from yahooland. and i am standing strong for the ruthless, lowlife, discusting, terrorist organization called hezbollah. although our army is weak, or perhaps nonexistant, we do like to fight like, how you say,,,
P ussies, and chuck rockets far away, and kidnap soldiers. yes we are an indignified people who will not last much longer. if you stand with al-queita, you might as well stand with us.

To answer your first question, yes Iran and Syria support Hezbollah.

The second question is trickier, but since Yahoo is a free service available all over the world, I venture to say yes to that one too.

Well, I cannot say that Hizbullah is very nice, but please try to listen to the other point of view: Any nation has the right to direct military actions against you if you are occupying parts of their land and captivating about 10,000 of their people without any justful trials (or without trials at all). This is exactly the case here.

Doubt you will get to many saying hooray for Hezbollah, but far to many see them as the poor victims and Israel as the bad guys.

Sad how many (mostly children) are completely bereft of any understanding of the world.

You know...Other than what I hear/see on the News lately, I had NEVER heard of Hezbollah before. I am more concerned about what our (USA) men & woman are confronting over seas.

No way. Wish they could move to another planet so they would leave mine alone. Then if they wanted to destroy their own planet then more power to them, but they should leave ours alone. I think it is pathetic that 90% of us are peace loving citizens who love our familys, and the other 10% have to ruin our lives. just sad :(
