You need to go on a Vision Quest. Is there a forested or mountainous area for you to go hiking? I dont mean hiking on the usual paths that the public takes. The isolation alone and the energy from the earth will inspire that spiritual part of you that you may feel that is lacking. Just take your time and soak in everything around you. Hug a tree, catch sight of animals in their natural habitat, enjoy the clean air, hug a tree, put your foot in a running stream. Your chakras will be stimulated due to the fact that you will be away from the distractions of everyday living. I will not recconmend a spiritual path for you since that should be an individual thing. Another thing to do is to get a tape or cd that has guided meditations, they work great for helping you center yourself spiritually.

The best way to increase your faith is to use it there are all kinds of ways you can step out in faith with out Even saying a word if you have clothes that don't fit you or you don't wear take them to a homeless shelter or to some one who can use them if you no a needing family you could help them with a meal if you know a elderly person see if there is anything you can do to help them you see every way you help a person you are helping the Lord. Always pray that the Holy Spirit will guide you in what to do you don't have to tell them you are doing it for God when there needs are met they will thank God for it the more you Bless people in this way the more the you will be Blessed you still should read the word of God but don't just spend all your time reading FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD this means if you don't use the faith you have its not going to do you or anyone else any good
GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS

In my church they have a Labyrinth that you walk. The idea is that you empty your mind and walk and meditate, working at your own pace to the middle and back out again. It helps to focus and is peaceful and quiet. Apparently, monks used to use them in ancient times for the same reason.
