Low. The only time during the cycle the cervix is high is around the time of ovulation.

The cervix should be low as you are ovulating then return to normal position during your period. Also during sex your cervix will be very low this is so it will dip into the pool of sperm....this also happens if your just turned on a lot and not even having sex...sorta like the girls verison of a “hard on” in a way.
