you wont gain or lose none as soon as you get done working out, you have to give your body some rest and time to burn the fat off, and let me tell you this, you dont have to be on a diet to loose weight, you could eat whatever you want you just got to manage what you eat. cause i dont believe in diets, and gurlfriend, i would not be tellin' u nuthin wrong.

It could be either. You aren’t going to see weight gain right after one workout; this would be a gradual thing. It would really depend on your water intake and your intensity level. The weight gain or loss would only be water weight. You should try weighing yourself once a week at the exact same time of day.

you should weigh less becuase of loss of heat energy and water weight. Lifting weights doesn't add muscle, it actually tears down muscle. It's the eating afterward and repairing the damaged tissue that adds the weight. Think about it as little tiny internal cuts that heal stronger and with more mass than before you tore them apart.

Well, when you exercise, right after you work out, you gain muscle, your muscles are expanding, so that makes you weigh more at first. But in about an hour or so, if you weigh yourself, you will see that you actually lost weight. My brother told me this when i got off the treadmill one day. i looked at myself " omgosh i gained weight!" and he told me what i just told you.

I weigh more. Especially after lifting weights. Muscles tear and rebuild and you retain water doing that.
You look thinner but actually weigh more.

The only weight you lose working out is water.
It takes a while for fat to turn into muscle

I never seem to get an immediate saitsfaction, so I don't bother to weigh myself.

It's better to measure yourself in your problem areas than to weigh in, scales can be very deceiving!
