As a red blooded male. I would say it's all about the way you look at her.
Women might deny it but they love putting their things on show for us to look at and if any of them say otherwise then they are lying.
The trick is to admire their breasts Rather than perve over them. They are humans and like to be treated like so but they do gane a small advantage by having a bust and flaunting it.
I love boobies and would never change the way they are used.

Depends - some of your opinions of flaunting it, are merely girls being in a nice outfit - not even anything revealing. In that case no, we don't appreciate the starring. Looking is fine, but gawking is rude.

Would it make you uncomfortable if we were to look at you down below the waist?
How are we too know what you are thinking other than the expected thought, i.e. 'damn would you look at those' or 'jesus I wonder if those are real'
You're not being a pervert, it can be a terrible nuisance at times expecially when we are trying to carry a conversation with you and all you are doing is staring at us at not in our eyes.

If a girl is flaunting, she's asking for both attention and trouble already...
So if she's struts her stuff... I say look all you want. If she gets mad, that's her problem because she shouldn't put her skirt up so high and shirt so tight. But that doesn't mean you can go touching either... unless she asks :D

It doesn't make men pervs as they are only attracted to the woman they stare at it makes them pervs when they grope or touch the womans bits, some women are sensitive to strangers staring but deep inside they prolly feel smug at the attention as no woman wants to feel her body is ugly.

I personally don't like it, but I know people who do...I think if you're dressing and presenting yourself in a way that you fully understand will invite the sexual attention of men, then you ought to expect men to look at you (if that's not what you're doing it for, then for what?), but no more than that...not to gawp like a slavering dog or to touch or harrass.
