Try Folex. It works really well for pet stains and odors. It is available online at http://folex.net/. I have used it for getting out blood stains from a dead rabbit that my dog brought in the house.

Try ammonia directly on the stains, brush a little with a soft brush, then afterwards make a light sudsy water with a little bit of liquid detergent (just a couple of tablespoons full). Wash again, then rinse and let dry. This should do it...
If the stains are mostly bloodstains, you might use peroxide instead of ammonia...

I'd try this great product called ODOBAN
available at Walmart

I've gotten pet stains and odors out with it.
