Well, Don Pablos decided that they would server Margaritas cheap that day, for a holiday that is quite big in the US, and is virtually ignored by real Mexicans. And then Americans, French, Spanish, and British all flocked to Don Pablos for the cheap booze, and a nearly fake holiday it became.
