So I call them and tell them someone is breaking into my shed in back of my house. They tell me police are busy and it could take them up to an hour to respond. So I hang up. I call back and tell them I shot the MOFO breaking into my shed, four cars arrived in under 2 minutes. What's the deal with that?

So that the poor guy may be in need of some medical care and gotta take him fast to the hospital, cure him so that he can stand trial, I call it expeditious responsibility and care.:)

calls are dispatched based on priority .... someone breaking into your shed is not life threatening to you or your family, someone breaking into your house is. if you called and said you shot the person just to get quicker response i would lock you up for making a false report.

They don't have the resources to attempt to apprehend a burgler that is only stealing minorly important goods, if you said house they would come.
