well the other day i was ready to eat my awesome tuna sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and avocadoes and when i took a bite, all the insides fell out the other end! this has been an age-old issue for me, so i was wondering if anyone had any tips.

The reason food falls out of the other end is that when you bite, you squeeze that end of the sandwich together, which opens the sandwich a little on the other side and the food falls out of it. So try holding the sandwich differently, holding the far end of it closed as you bite. That way the insides shouldn't fall out, or at least a lot less. :)

hands at 4 and 6 o clock, gently squeeze down while biting and that should minimize the leakage. doesn't work all the time but will get better results.

wrap the sandwich snugly in a paper towel so the insides won't fall out then eat from the top or corner.

Open the cling wrap halfway and bite into the half unwrapped part first. After finishing the first part, unwrap the other half and be very careful .
