Americans are dealt with severely by the I.R.S. Sounds like a good deal owing nothing to tax payers when you're picked up the Border Patrol and simply taken back home at no cost. Could they work of what they owe building "the fence"? Or take it out of the employers pocket for punishment?

If they are illegal then they have no TIN (tax identification number) then there is no trail of what taxes that they owe so there are no back taxes... RIGHT??

Why is it that you think illegal immigrant's don't pay taxes? They sure as hell do. If they have "fake papers" and are working in a company, that company has to take taxes out of their paychecks right? Now how the hell do you figure the illegal immigrant is supposed to get thoes taxes back at the end of the year like you and I do when we get our refund? They can't! They just paid taxes! Now on the other side, having fake papers is wrong too, but if you look at it this way aint it better than getting paid cash under the table!?

Just like legal Americans, the IRS should seize their cars, homes, businesses, their bank accounts...all of it.

Then the deportation should take them as far away from the US as logistically possible....

Criminals, those who have broken additional laws and are incarcerated, should indeed help build the wall. Good use of available labor.

I advocate elevating illegal immigration from being a civil offense to actually being a felony. And, from that point, 3 strikes applies. If you're in the US illegally, in the interest of fairness, the 1st time you're caught, you get to go home free, pay fines etc., but you're headed home. 2nd offense, 10 years. 3rd offense, it's off to the Big House...

You got it at the end. The government should severely punish all businesses that employ illegals. but the current government protects businesses while shafting individuals, so don't expect that to happen any time soon.

I think they should go to jail, and be sentenced to a work detail. I think that would cut down on the number of people crossing the border.
