My feet are swollen, my mom says it's beacuse Im retaining liquids. What am I doing wrong?

You are retaining fluids. Drink more water, less sodas, limit your salt intake, prop your feet up when you can, wear loose low shoes. See a doctor. You could be diabetic or if you are on birth controll that will make you retain fluids. Good luck!

if you are pregnant, you could have toxemia which is common. or you can have high levels of sodium in your body that is causing the retaining of water. i would get it checked out though

you can also have gout which is a lack of iodine in your body.

There's a nurse around here somewhere im sure she could be more helpful. Although, do watch your salt intake. Chips, hotdogs, salty foods.
