how do you brake up with annoying girl without being mean and braking her hart?

ignore her. if you have caller ID, then ignore her calls. when she asks, tell her that you werent home and never got the messages or some bull crap answer like that. my ex-boyfriend did that then had the nerve to ask me to come back.
but there is no real way to do that.

The same way you break up with anyone...be as kind as tactful as you can, but let them know the two of you aren't a good match (or are no longer one) and wish her the best in her journey through Life...
How she decides to react to the break up, isn't something you have control over...

well my illiterate friend, learn to spell first...then just say the truth and be nice about it...tell her you want to "break" up with her...and her "heart" should get over it eventually.

simple, sit her down and tell her that its not working out and that she isn't the person you are looking for and that you know she has someone out there that is for her too.
Or... simply tell her you're gay haha
