I believe that it is very possible to practice the Catholic religions and also be a Christian, be saved, and go to Heaven. In fact, many, many do.

I will not attempt to voice an opinion on if a Muslim can also be a Christian because I do not know enough about their faith and their religion.

There will be people of many diverse "religions" in heaven. The one common thread that they will share is their belief in Christ and Christ alone as their Savior. Religions are man-made. Christianity is a relationship with God established by the work of Christ and lead by the Holy Spirit which indwells each individual believer. To specifically answer your question I'll answer it like this: It is more likely for a Catholic to be born again than a Muslim for the simple reason that Catholics do recognize Jesus as God's Son and dying on the cross and resurrecting again. The Muslim's recognize Jesus as a good prophet. Muslims believe in salvation through works pleasing to Allah, who is not the same God of the Bible. Muslims do not believe in the trinity either. In order for Muslims to be born again they would have to abandon their Islamic beliefs. This is the equivalent of cultural suicide, not to mention that they likely would be killed for their conversion.

Nobody knows.Islam was started by the Catholics with the intent to mislead people that otherwise would have been Christians. Catholics believe in a path to God through dead people instead of through Jesus Christ.Communion is held with the symbols of Isis and Osiris(The round disk of bread represents Osiris going into Isis the bowl with the half moon in is Isis.)In some town the symbol on the police cars are that of Islam and the same symbol is found in the local Catholic church(the colored windows). What in heavens name is that doing there. In a church(Catholic in Germany the mosaic in the floor is laid out to represent Jesus hanging upside down on the cross with satan holding Him down with his foot on his head.In most Catholic churches you will find the symbol of the boat with a mast without sails.Ask and they will say it represents the sea that Jesus calmed. Not so.It is a sex symbol of Osiris(mast)entering Isis`s body(boat). There are so many similarities between the two religion that it cannot be coincidence.Smack dab in the middle of the temple of Luxor which was a temple for homosexual practices stands a mosque. There is another thing. The illuminati has degrees of membership.A 32nd degree member can become a imam(Muslim high priest)And the of course the full name of allah translated into English is another name for satan. This brings me to the conclusion that Catholics and Islam are in fact cleverly disguised satan worshipers. They are misleading the masses and they will answer for it.Sunday was not the sabbath and will never be.In 1539 Some pope(I forgot his name but will look it up again)decided to change God`s word and made Sunday(as in sun god Osiris) the day of worship. The pope is more powerful than most people realize. My belief is that he will emerge as the antichrist.

You have left out the idea that some catholics are born again, they have the same Bible that we do. Muslims, do not even believe close to christianity and will not be saved. Only a true born again christian will go to heaven. Nobody says it better than Jesus himself..
John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

First, I think you already know the answer to your question...but, unless a man be born-again he cannot enter the kingdom of Heaven. I believe that there will be Catholics in Heaven but Muslim's, I really doubt it.

I think some Catholics may, if they truly depend on Jesus and make the conscious choice as adults to allow Jesus to be their savior. Unfortunately Muslims pray to a false god that was borne of a rebellious person in response to the Crusades, so no - they will not go to Heaven.

Catholics carried Christianity all through the dark ages. Going to heaven has nothing to do with one's religion. Only God decides just who goes to heaven.

Yes! There are many paths to God. Those of us that are Christians, believe that our path is thru Christ. Christ himself said "I have sheep that are not of this fold". I understand this to mean that all who earnestly follow their faiths will rest with God. After all, God created us all and wants none of his children to perish. How could any parent relegate any of his children to an eternity of damnation? If one studies other faiths, Hindu, Buddhism, Islam etc., one finds that the basics of these faiths are the same: love one another, seek justice, live peacefully. I believe Heaven will be a beautiful place, not just the physical aspects of the place itself, but a place with all colors, all races, languages etc. A true utopia!

God judges the heart, i believe He knows everyones heart through and through. i am so glad i'm not the one to judge since i don't know anyone heart and half the time i don't even know mine.
And the whole catholic system is probably just as bad as Muslims, course i dont' know much about the muslim religion so i won't say anything about them. but there are many good catholics that will be saved....

Born again Catholics are called 'Charismatics'.

No idea about Muslims, but God judges by the light one is given. It's possible.
