im going to be getting a package flight and hotel and my mum will be buying my ticket and saying goodbye but i wont have anyone waiting for me

Yes you can why not. If it's ok with your mom then she trusts you to go. I don't know where you live but if your in the states your mom should be able to get a gate pass at the ticket counter so she can walk with you to your gate, since your a minor. I think it's great you want to rest, do as much resting as you can now, once your "all grown up" it seems there's no time. Have fun and be safe.
