Why would you not want a lawyer to be with you in your time of need... Oh wait I know the COSTS... for something a little different, check out my "Protect your family" blog on my 360 page... Has worked well for nearly 2 million families...
This is also a place that you could get the forms you need, ask questions about them, then have them checked and send to where they need to go..

You do know that if you file for bankruptcy these days you still have to pay everything back. Try google.
