two years ago I bought a german shorthaired from dave that lives on ore road in in york county. shortlly after i moved to pa and the restration papers have been lost since then.

It's really not a good idea to give your phone number out on the internet. Most people are kind and decent, but a few are crazy mother@#$%& who wouldn't hesitate to call you with some really indecent stuff.
Contact the registry that your dog is registered to, and they might be able to give you a copy. If you bought the dog from a breeder, it might be possible to contact the registry and get the breeder's contact information.
