Most places have a policy about dating co-workers. I personally would not want to. I wouldn't want to have to work with them all day and then have to spend time with them in the evening. I like to have my own space.

i think people have a hard time distinguishing personal from business and this is why everyone thinks relationships at work dont work.

I have seen people try it, and even though they THINK they can leave the argument at home if one should arise, they cant when they are IN it.

To think logically when you are not involved in something is easy. You can think "that would be wrong" but when you are in a heated argument, you are thinking or feeling some motive.. something he said hurt you so now you search in your mind to find something that's going to hurt him.. and do it without thinking about what affect it is going to have on both of you later down the road..

sometimes that happens at work. you see him talking to tara over there and now you are PISSED. so what do you do to hurt him in that same way? or do you start going after tara? Odviously, men also will feel the same way and MAY react the same way just as women do.

Sometimes, it just isnt good to go for work relations..
depending on how important the job is to you and if you need that referance. Cause if anything immature and unprofessional goes on, and youre caught, you may get the boot.

and was it worth it?

stick to outside the work place, or find another job if you like someone at work is my advice.

not many have the ability to distinguish work from personal.

yes, as long as you end on good terms (if it ends that is). Dont let bring your personal life to the office. If you're mad at each other for some reason DO NOT bring it to the office...other than that you're good to go...

I was bangin' 2 chicks, at differant times, at a previous job. It CAN work, but it's risky. One got fired (not for that) and the other I actually dated (secretly) for awhile...........
