i walk 2 miles every day almost i exersise drink nothing but water and eat very little and im still not loosing weight and i really want 2 and i DONT want 2 starve myself

You are probably not eating enough. Are you getting enough calories? When I started counting my calories (my doctor wanted me at 1200), I found out I was only eating about 900. This slows down your metabolism. Make sure you are getting 1200-1500 per day. Also, mix up your exercise routine a little. Maybe every other day you could ride 4 miles on a bike, this takes as long as walking 2 miles, but takes a little more effort. Try walking for a 1/2 mile and running a little and going back to walking. Lifting weights will help burn fat. Most importantly, keep your metabolism going. Eating every 3-4 hours while you are awake will help keep your metabolism going all day. If it slows down, you aren't burning fat.

Don't starve yourself. Feed your body nutritious meals and increase the intensity of your workouts. It is likely that you'd get better results if you combined nutrients with your 2 mile walk. When you workout and don't eat, you're contradicting youself. The more you exert yourself the more nutrients you body will require to adapt to the demands you put upon it. Also, get yourself a quality multivitamin like Double X or Daily vitamin. A good vitamin will give you energy you can feel all day long.

You have to eat at least 5-6 times a day, consisting of 4-5 servings of fruits and 4-5 servings of vegetables. You need to eat because if you don't then your metabolism won't increase there for won't burn more. Exercise is good but you have to increase over time, like distance, resistance, even faster time. Be patient because dieting isn't going to happen over night, it takes time. Check out this website it will tell you what you need to know.

I would advise two steps:

1. Talk to your doctor about what you need to do; then
2. Talk to a good (qualified) fitness instructor or personal trainer.

It is definitely worth your while doing one or two sessions with a personal trainer to get advice. Unless you want (and can afford) ongoing training, be very explicit about letting the trainer know that you will only be wanting a couple of sessions in order to get on the right path.

your metabolism has slowed down that s why you cant lose any more weight. when you diet and reduce calories, you are also reducing metabolism. thats why you should only reduce calories a litle bit and burn off the rest through different exercises. weight lifting is really good for losing weight, but you rarely hear about it as an option.

I am trying to lose weight too, but run, walk, or jog for 30 minutes and when you go to the grocery store, make sure you pick out apples, oranges, peaches, grapes, strawberries, whatever you think you would like.

You've hit a plateau which may mean that you have gotten to your ideal weight or you need to add a few calories to your diet to jump-start your metabolism. After a while of dieting, one will usually hit that plateau and hit a real standstill.

have you been to your doctor for a general check-up? It may be worth doing that and telling them about what you are doing and your lack of success.

It sounds like you are doing the right things. I hope what you do eat is nutritionally balanced, and perhaps the only thing is not to be eating late at night.
