You make it sound like you order him through the mail. It does depend on what you mean by "get". If there is a mutual attraction, then you ask him out or make it so that he's aware you wouldn't be adverse to going out with him. If it's just sex, anyone can just about "get" anyone else. All you have to do is ask and there's nothing special or hard about that - all animals rut when they are in heat.

Depends on the guy - sometimes by not putting out you keep them coming back (sometimes you lose them) - and keep them wanting more
It would be tough but its doable, hmmm... play hard to get - and then tell the guy what he wants to hear.. make him feel good about himself
